I have visited pet barn north Parramatta Branch multiple times in the last month since we got our first puppy son.
Shop has a variety of products, easy access to Greencross vet, pet grooming, and shower.
The staffs are very friendly, polite, knowledgeble, courteous and helpful.
Visited for the first time. Difficult for parking large vehicles. Overall quite expensive, however they do have specials and discounts so I'll be back to browse the isles. There is a veterinarian which is a bonus and pet washing facilities (indoor so kinda stuffy) A lot of friendly pets and owners which was pleasant.
My go to place to buy cat food and items. Staff are always cheerful. Items are cheaper if you have pet barn membership.
A big store.
Be aware that the 'Member Prices' shown in store may not be the same as the 'Member Prices' shown online. I purchased 2 items instore that were $20 more than shown on Petbarn online. Happy to price match their own website though once I could shown them via my mobile phone. How ridiculous! Almost a scam as far as I'm concerned. The take away message is to buy it online and then pick up in store (or go somewhere else).
Amazing customer service, they always stop tasking and serve customers and are engaging and friendly. Everytime we go in store we are greeted. The store is always well stocked and neat and tidy. Most of all, the staff love pets! I have a Maremma and everytime we go in she gets so excited as she is always greeted by the staff there and given a treat. It is a real day out for her there, and she loves the team. The Greencross Vets at North Parramatta are amazing also. Great team.
Amazing Store with really friendly staff. I was there to pick up a delivery however they were still friendly and we had a little chat about my cat
The place is massive & has supplies for just about every pet imaginable.
The staff member I dealt with was knowledgeable, understanding & able to deal with the problem I had. I would recommend.
